Renewal Of Passports
Passport Services
Welcome to the website of the Philippine Passport Renewal.Center |(PaRC)
In an effort to ease the passport renewal process for Philippine national overseas, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) and VFS Global signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the establishment of a Passport Renewal Center (PaRC).
PaRC aims to provide an alternative means for Filipinos to avail of passport renewal services in the Middle East Countries with the highest concentration of Filipino workers.
PaRC is authorized by the DFA to accept passport applications from Filipinos holding electronic passports and whose applications do not entail a change in passport record of the holder. While PaRC is a stand-alone facility, its operation is supervised by the Philippine Consulate General.. This means that the Consulate monitors passport applications lodged through PaRC and the passports that are produced go through the Consulate.
This site contains important information on passport renewal process at PaRC. Please go through the contents carefully before proceeding with your application.
