Algeria, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Pakistan, Palestine, Sudan, Syria, Yemen, Somalia, Nigeria, Sri Lanka, India, Timor Leste (subject to change), Azerbaijan, Bangladesh and Iran. -

Please download, print, complete, sign and bring the consent form along with your visa application form when you visit the Visa Application Centre.
