Who are we?

VFS Global is a commercial company, working in partnership for the Indian High Commission , to provide support services to people applying for a visa to enter India.

What does VFS Global do?

VFS Global manages Indian Consular Application Centre for the Indian High Commission, where you should submit your completed visa application form, supporting documents and biometric data.

Who decides if I will get a visa?

Your application will be processed and decided by the Indian High Commission staff. VFS Global and its staff do not play any part in or influence the outcome of your visa application. VFS Global can only provide services to ensure that your visa application is correctly filled in and submitted.

Country Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations and business performance of Visa Application Centres across the country. The role focuses on ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining strong relationships with diplomatic missions, and driving continuous process improvement.
