Step 1: Complete the Government of India online passport application form. Click here
Step 2: Review the required supporting forms and prepare your documents according to the applicable checklist. Click here
Step 3: Pay the applicable Government Fee and ICAC Service Fee by:
Money Order or Postal Order payable to "VFS Services Australia Pty Ltd"; or
Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard issued in Australia) by completing the Credit Card Authority form
Step 4: Send your completed application, supporting documents and payment to the designated postal address for your jurisdiction.
Please Note: Applications submitted by post must include all required documents and the applicable fees. Incomplete applications may be delayed or returned unprocessed.
